What types of businesses can use StoreFlow?+
Retail shops including groceries, general stores, electronics, hardware and other product-based businesses. Ask for a demo using your workflow.
Can I use a barcode scanner?+
StoreFlow supports USB barcode scanners for product lookup and checkout. Scanner setup assistance is available.
Can StoreFlow handle thousands of products?+
Yes. StoreFlow does not impose an artificial 4,000-product limit. Practical capacity and responsiveness depend on your equipment and store setup.
Does StoreFlow support customer credit?+
Customer credit and a dedicated credit ledger are included in eligible plans.
Can I receive partial customer payments?+
Yes. Record a partial payment and collect the remaining balance later without counting the original sale twice.
Can StoreFlow manage suppliers?+
Yes. Track supplier profiles, purchases, bill associations and payment history.
Can I keep track of supplier credit?+
Yes. Record credit purchases, partial payments and remaining merchant payables.
Does StoreFlow support product returns?+
Yes. Process individual product returns, adjust stock and track refunds.
Can products be returned to suppliers?+
Yes. Return purchased stock to its supplier and adjust inventory and payable records where appropriate.
Does StoreFlow calculate profit?+
Yes. FIFO costing tracks acquisition cost; net profit also reflects returns, discounts and operating expenses, without counting an adjustment twice.
What is Store Balance?+
Money actually received through cash, card and bank, less refunds, expenses and supplier payments. Unpaid customer credit is excluded.
Can StoreFlow track expenses?+
Yes. Record rent, salaries, utilities and custom expense categories with dates, amounts and notes.
Can I use multiple counters?+
Yes, with an eligible plan and configured store network. Ask the team to confirm the number of counters included.
What happens if the internet becomes unstable?+
Core in-store operations are designed for local use. Connected counters still need their link to the main store; online carts and off-device backup uploads need internet.
Are backups available?+
Scheduled off-device backups are available in eligible plans. Retention and service details depend on your configuration.
How often can backups run?+
Hourly backup capability is available. Confirm the schedule and retention included with your service.
Can I restore my data?+
Yes, from a valid available backup. Restore assistance is offered in eligible plans.
Can I import products using CSV?+
Yes. CSV import supports bulk creation with required-field and barcode validation.
Can products be sold by weight or amount?+
Yes. For example, Rs. 40 of sugar at Rs. 150/kg corresponds to approximately 0.2667 kg.
Can customers create an online cart?+
Yes. Customers can browse a public catalog, provide their details and submit a cart for staff to review.
Does StoreFlow support QR cart access?+
Yes. A shared QR code can open the customer catalog and cart experience.
Can StoreFlow be customized?+
